Parking

All visitors to the ECSU Campus must obtain a visitor's pass. Vehicles without a visitor's pass are subject to ticketing and/or towing. Visitors to the Planetarium may obtain a parking pass either from Campus Police (Thomas-Jenkins Building) or from Planetarium Personnel. Visitors may park in Lots E surrounding the Jenkins Science Building only. School buses may park in Lots E only if safe traffic flow is possible and space is left available for ECSU Commuter students . Otherwise, buses must park in the ECSU Football Stadium located on Herrington Rd directly across from Hoffler St. ELIZABETH CITY STATE UNIVERSITY TOWING POLICY Adopted: 06/14/05 Any vehicle found illegally or improperly parked on University property may be towed and placed in storage at the discretion of the Campus Police Department. Officers may exercise this authority as they deem necessary to insure safe traffic flow and compliance with the ordinances and regulations governing vehicular movement and parking on campus. The University is not responsible for any vehicle damage resulting from towing or storage; and the owner/operator of the towed vehicle is directly liable for payment of reasonable fees to the towing/storage company in connection with such action. (The University does not collect or pay towing charges.)
